The rules of the playground. They're short on purpose: play nice, play honestly, and remember this is all just for fun.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using SoxumGames, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Who May Use SoxumGames

SoxumGames is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, or if you are unsure whether casual gaming is appropriate for you, please leave the site and consider speaking with a trusted adult or visiting GambleAware.

3. The Nature of SoxumGames

SoxumGames is, and is only, a platform for free social casino-style games. To be unambiguous:

  • No real-money gambling. The site does not host, facilitate, or permit gambling with real money, cryptocurrency, or anything else of value.
  • No purchases. Nothing on SoxumGames is for sale. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no upgrades, and no paid features.
  • No withdrawals. Virtual coins, points, and any in-game rewards have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or cashed out under any circumstances.
  • No payouts. Wins in our games are simulated. Nothing you see on your screen translates to anything you can hold, spend, or own.

If you arrived expecting any of the above, you have arrived at the wrong place. We recommend a different kind of site — and we mean that sincerely.

4. Virtual Coins

All gameplay on SoxumGames uses virtual coins. These coins are a game mechanic, not currency. They exist only within individual game sessions and arereset by refreshing the page or returning later. You cannot earn coins "for real," accumulate them across sessions,or trade them with other users.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use SoxumGames only for its intended purpose — casual, personal entertainment — and not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the site or its games.
  • Use the site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the site, including the iframes that load the games.
  • Misrepresent your age or identity to gain access.
  • Frame, embed, or redistribute content from SoxumGames without permission.

6. Third-Party Games

The games on SoxumGames are hosted by third-party demo providers and displayed within sandboxed iframes. We curate which games appear, but we do not control their internal mechanics, randomness, availability, or behavior. If a game fails to load, behaves unexpectedly, or becomes unavailable, please let us know — but please understand some issues are outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

SoxumGames's site design, written content, logos, and SVG art are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission. The games themselves remain the intellectual property of their respective providers.

8. No Warranties

SoxumGames is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the site at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoxumGames and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Because no money is involved and nothing of value changes hands, the scope for harm is intentionally limited — but this limitation is stated here for clarity.

10. Responsible Play
